讨论到Groupthink~

"majority overcome the minority,
they do not listen what the minority said
even the the decision that the majority made are WRONG...

for 1st time,the minority will voice out...
then for 2nd time,the minority will shut up and follow,
because they are tired to voice out anymore..."
this case usually occur in the organisation...

Groupshift~

"one people does not dare to do something alone,
if many people do that thing,
they will be brave to do it..."

I stil waiting someone to do...
